A factory made metal pendant or a cheap plastic imitation, would be much stronger than these natural stone pendants. Stones deep down in the earth take millions of years to form. During these million years, they almost always develop natural pits and fissures. Gemstone lovers believe that these natural features are the 'birth marks' of the gemstone. It is true, that many of you would take much greater care of these stone pendants if they were sold at a higher price. Just forget the fact that, they are priced so low. These are not unbreakable pieces of plastic or resin, they are genuine gemstone pendants. Give them the care and attention that you would if they were priced three to five times of what is mentioned on our website.

Shipping:   Shipping of all merchandise is done from our office in Thailand, Bangkok. Since these items are not very expensive, we have worked out a few shipping options for you. Our support team will advise you regarding the shipping option that is suitable, for the volume of merchandise that you purchase. Some of the shipping options have a web tracking facility, please read the details provided below. Shipping will be made within 5 to 7 days of receiving the confirmed order with payment. The days in the shipping schedules shown below, will need to be added to these 5 to 7 days.

Ordinary: This shipping option is priced at just 5 U.S$ for upto 3 pieces of merchandise. For every additional piece, you will need to add another 2.5 U.S$. There is no web tracking facility, and no proof of delivery is available. This is not a very reliable mode of shipment and in general we would not recommend this. The time that the parcel would reach you could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks.

Registered: This shipping mode is also made through the postal service. However in this case, a proof of delivery is available once the parcel has reached it's destination. This mode of shipment is priced at just 12 U.S$ for upto 3 pieces of merchandise. Please add another 3 U.S$ for every additional piece, beyond 3 pieces. This mode of shipment does not include a web tracking facility. Expect the parcel to reach you within 10 to 15 days from the date of shipment.

EMS shipping: These shipments can be tracked on the web from most countries. There is also a proof of delivery that is signed by the receiver of the parcel. EMS shipments to U.S, Canada, Australia and Japan are priced at 25 U.S$ for upto 10 pieces of merchandise. Beyond 10 pieces, please add another 5 U.S$ for every additional piece. EMS shipments to U.K and France are priced at 35 U.S$ for upto 10 pieces of merchandise. Beyond 10 pieces, please add another 7 U.S$ for every additional piece. In most cases, EMS parcels would reach you within 7 to 10 days from the date of shipment.

FEDEX: This is the fastest and best tracked mode of shipment, however the price is not quite cheap. 10 pieces of merchandise can be shipped to the U.S, Australia, Canada or Japan for 45 U.S$. For U.K and France, the shipping charges are 55 U.S$ for upto 10 pieces of merchandise. Please add another 6 U.S$ for every additional piece beyond 10 pieces. FEDEX parcels would normally reach you within 4 to 6 working days from the date of shipment. You will also be provided with a tracking number the moment your parcel ships.
